How do I place an order?
Find the products you like and click on "ADD TO CART".
Go to the shopping bag by clicking on the BAG icon located in the top right corner of the page, and once there, click "CHECK OUT". Then, fill in your information and click "PLACE ORDER".
Can I track my order?
After an order is placed, we will send you an email with the shipping details. This will include a tracking number and link, which will tell you when you can expect the delivery and also give you information on the status of the order.
Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?
Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder.
Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes - if you still haven't received your confirmation, email support@needream.com, and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

Can I change my order?
You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.
If you have already checked out, please contact and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Please note that orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of payment and before leaving our warehouse.
However, if your order has already been shipped you'll have to return the products yourself. In that case, please see our return policy for further details.
My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation - what can I do?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@needream.com.
I received my package, but my order is incomplete, incorrect, or missing - what do I do?
We’re so sorry if you’ve received a wrong item. Please attach the picture of the wrong items and order number so we can get this sorted for you as soon as we could.
Redirecting an order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
What currency do we accept?
We accept US dollar currently.
What payment method does NEEDREAM accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay and PayPal.
For credit cards, please note the billing address entered on your order must match the billing address on file with your bank, otherwise our system might think it's fraud.
Can I change or refund the products?
Yes, NEEDREAM is support to change and refund only if the products you received are not exceed 14 days and which are not affect the secondary sales.
Do you refund delivery costs if I return something?
Your delivery charge will be refunded in some circumstances, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect. In any other case, customers are responsible for the shipping charges.
How do I track my order?
Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

How do I track my order?When will my order arrive?
You will receive your package around 20 days after you place the order. The efficiency of logistics are differed from different countries. Details please refer to our Shipping Policy.
What size should I choose?
Our size guide is a general guideline for actual measurement, but there are still some errors in the measurement. Please check out size table for specific size guide for each product. Please keep in mind that some pieces might fit differently depending on the styles, such as oversized sweatshirts and t-shirts which run bigger than the general guidelines. So please choose the most suitable size according to your situation.

How can I redeem a voucher or discount code?
On the checkout page, there is an option to "Enter Discount Code".
Simply enter your voucher or discount code and the amount will be subtracted from your order total.
